Yoga Teacher Training
Yoga has long been part of my life, but it truly deepened during a period of burnout, when the mat became a refuge for grounding and release.
In 2024, I moved to Bali for five months to immerse myself in the yogic path. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Samasti Yoga School, followed by a week-long Pranayama and Meditation intensive. I later returned as a Teacher Assistant for another 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Altogether, an expansive and transformative journey in every sense.
Teaching
My intention is to hold space for cultivating authentic connection with the breathing body, quieting the mind’s fluctuations, and experiencing this in community.
Rooted in the principles of Hatha and Vinyasa, my classes weave together Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation. Each practice supports body awareness, nervous system regulation, and a return to presence through the breath.
Since training, I’ve taught in Querétaro—my hometown in Mexico—and now lead private group classes in Brooklyn, NYC.
