Yoga & Teaching
Yoga has long been a steady part of my life, but the true deepening began during a period of burnout—when it evolved into a consistent practice and the mat became a refuge for grounding and release.
In 2024, I moved to Bali for five months to immerse myself in the yogic path, completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Samasti Yoga School, followed by a week-long intensive in Pranayama (breath-work) and Meditation. I later returned as a Teacher Assistant for another 200-hour training at Samasti. A transformative journey in every sense.
My intention is to hold space for cultivating authentic connection with the breathing body, quieting the mind’s fluctuations, and experiencing this in community.
Rooted in the traditional principles of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, I offer an immersive practice that weave together Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), and Meditation. Each class is designed to cultivate body awareness, support nervous system regulation, and guide you in reconnecting with your breath to return to presence.
Since completing my training, I’ve taught in Querétaro—my hometown in Mexico—and am now teaching private group classes in Brooklyn, NYC.
